John Silseth, CEO/President & Director

Mr. Silseth has 20+ years of senior management and industry experience with March Formula 1, MGA Engineering, Brainerd International Raceway, Melling Sports Cars, MuZ Motorcycles, Norton Motorcycles, and the Viper Motorcycle Company.

Colbert Seagraves, VP of Marketing/Racing Operations & Director

Mr. Seagraves’ background includes R. J. Reynolds Sports Marketing, Team Mgr. at Junior Johnson & Associates (Driver: Brett Bodine), Team Mgr. Travis Carter Enterprises (Drivers: Jimmy Spencer & Darrell Waltrip), Director of Marketing & Sponsorship for AHDRA (All Harley Drag Racing Association), and Vice President of Marketing and Racing Operations for Viper Motorcycle Company. He has over 30 years of experience in the motorsports industry.

T. Morris Hackney, Director

Mr. Hackney is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and proudly served our country as an officer aboard the destroyer USS Lofberg and aboard the submarine USS Irex. After leaving the Navy in 1958, he went to work for the Hackney Corporation, rising to the title of President before leaving in 1974 to establish Citation Corporation. During his 25-year tenure as Citation’s CEO and leader, he built the company from a single location to one of the nation’s largest networks of cast metal production foundries. Upon selling Citation, he formed the Hackney Group, in which he currently holds the titles of Chairman and CEO.

Joey Giglio, Production Manager

Before joining the Arsenal Racecraft team, Mr. Giglio had more than 30 years of manufacturing experience in the automotive industry, as a Tier I/II supplier to OEMs, such as GM, Ford, Chrysler, and Honda—including 17 years in management. His core competencies include machining, programming, set-ups and tooling on vertical/horizontal mills and lathes, as well as 4- and 5-axis CNC machines. His knowledge extends to production scheduling, quality management systems, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing. His work with engineering and design applications provided experience in CAD, Solid Works, and Catia.

Chrissie Allison, Office Manager

Chrissie attended Southern Union State College. She joined the Arsenal Racecraft team in 2014 as Office Manager where she handles the day-to-day operations of customer service, ap/ar, payroll, purchasing, and shipping and receiving. She is certified in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Pro.

Brandon Dubois, Customer & Technical Support

Brandon graduated from MMI (Motorcycle Mechanics Institute) at the top of his class and from Anoka-Hennepin Technical College with a degree in electronics and computer programing. Before coming to the Arsenal Racecraft team, he was the lead technician and customer service rep for the Viper Motorcycle Co. Brandon’s duties include shipping/receiving, assisting with plating and technical support for our customers.
